This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the Website and may be modified by PetCion.com from time to time, such modifications to be effective upon posting by PetCion.com on the Website. This Agreement includes PetCion.com’s Acceptable Use Policy for Content Posted on the Website and any notices regarding the Website.

About the Content Posted on PetCion.com

1. You understand and agree that PetCion.com will review and delete any content, messages, photos, stories, audio or videos (collectively, “Content”) that in the sole judgment of PetCion.com violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of our users.
2. You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) on the PetCion website, or transmit to other users.
3. By posting Content to any public area of PetCion.com, or any other PetCion Service you utilize, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to PetCion.com an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. Content may not be made immediately available for deletion, and further agree that PetCion is not liable related thereto.

PetCion.com reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the PetCion website.

Transporter Member

1. Each member is responsible for reading the PetCion Terms of Use, Rules, and account information in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the PetCion Transporter Program.
2. Participation in the PetCion Transporter Program, is subject to the terms and use, rules, regulations, policies and procedures (“program rules”) that PetCion may, in its discretion, adopt from time to time. PetCion may amend the program rules at any time without notice. PetCion has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the program rules.
3. A membership may be closed at PetCion’s discretion if the member is not in compliance with PetCion’s terms of use, rules, regulations, guidelines, and policies and procedures.
4. In the case of fraud or abuse involving PetCion’s Transporter Program, PetCion has the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action and the membership closed.

Transporter Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other PetCion Transporter Members. PetCion reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Transporter Members.

This Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. PetCion does not control such websites and is not responsible for their content. PetCion reserves the right to terminate any link or linking program on this Site at any time. PetCion may provide links from this Site to other sites as a convenience to you and in no way should this be interpreted as an endorsement by PetCion of any company, websites, the information they contain, or any products or services that they offer or describe unless explicitly defined. If you decide to access any of the third party sites linked to this Site, you do this entirely at your own risk. PETCION PARTIES ALSO ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILTY, AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT, YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPTMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY AS A RESULT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING IN THIS SITE OR YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY SOFTWARE, DATA, TEXT, IMAGES, VIDEO, OR AUDIO FROM THIS SITE.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PetCion, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

Privacy Policy

Use of the Website and the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Conclusion

This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Website, contains the entire agreement between you and PetCion. regarding the use of the Website and/or the Service. Transported Members accept agreement to Program Rules. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
